How big is the stage?

4500 square ft with another 5000 square ft of production support including a large green room, private dressing rooms, hair and makeup, a dining hall, production office and lobby

Is there parking?

Yes! Our lot can fit 22 passenger vehicles or a combination of passenger vehicle and production trucks. There is a gated section that can be parked in overnight securely. There is also ample street parking

Do I need insurance?

We do require a production/general liability insurance policy of a minimum of $2m aggregate.

Can we build sets on the stage?

Yes! We encourage set building on our stage. Our stage floors are a strong epoxy. General construction will not effect the finish. We prefer painting to happen in the parking lot as it is harder to clean paint drips. No spray painting is allowed on the stage whatsoever - that can be done in the parking lot.

Sound Quality

Our stage is treated with acoustical insulation that allows for solid audio recording. It is not impervious to outside noise, or noise from the building. We are not in a dedicated flight path and we are surrounded by quiet businesses. We have been able to film uninterrupted sound here for hours at a time. We are currently upgrading our sound proofing.

Power

The stage has 600amps of power available with receptacles around the perimeter and 30+ receptacles on the ceiling accessible for the grid. We are currently working on upgrading to full 3 phase power.

Cars in studio

We do allow car shoots on the stage. Please contact us for more details on our process for this.

Animals in studio

Filming animals and service animals are allowed. We do not recommend bringing personal pets but do not disallow it. Animals should be kept off of the furniture. Production is responsible for any loss and damage.

Trash and Recycling

You will have access to our large dumpster on-site. We also have recycling available and encourage your production to use it.
